A few things I care about in the way a project gets done.
The assignment in front of me
I can care about the whole project while being responsible for one part. A focused contribution is worthwhile when it helps the people around me do their work.
A useful conversation
If a design needs an adjustment, I want the person who made it to understand why. Screenshots, a clear explanation, and a conversation can make the next revision easier to agree on.
Work that brings people back
Email became a recurring part of my work because teams continued to ask for it. I value that trust. I also enjoy the graphic design, websites, and communication systems that make up the rest of my practice.
What happens after delivery
A working file and a short note can make a difference to the next person. I want the work to be understandable when someone else needs to update it.
