Brand, website, email, and design services

You may need a specific piece of work or someone who can help connect several parts of a project. These are the areas I work in.

For recruiters and agencies, they also describe the kinds of assignments I can support. We can start with the immediate need and agree on what I will be responsible for.

How we start: We discuss the problem, agree on the scope and deliverables, and confirm timing before work begins. Not sure which service fits? Send a short message.

Practical starting points for a business

You do not need to commission everything at once. We can define a first piece of work around the immediate problem.

Improve an existing website

Start with the pages or interactions causing difficulty. A defined assignment might include content organization, revised page layouts, and agreed development changes. Send the website, the problem, and who will review the work.

Produce a campaign

Bring the offer, audience, approved brand materials, and required channels. We can agree on the email, landing page, or supporting graphics needed, along with review stages and final file formats.

Create materials your team can reuse

Start with the items your team makes repeatedly. The assignment can focus on templates, shared assets, and guidance for adapting them. Tell me who will use the files and which tools they work in.

Before work begins, we agree on deliverables, responsibilities, review rounds, timing, and fees. Tell me which problem sounds closest to yours.

Questions about working together

Can you support an internal team or an agency?

Yes. I welcome team roles, agency assignments, and contract work. The assignment can be a focused piece of production or work across design, web, email, and communication materials. Read about how I contribute.

Can you build from an approved design?

Yes. Teams often bring me an email design to implement. When a layout, background, or button needs another approach, I explain the issue and work with the designer on the revision. See how I handle that handoff.

Which email testing tools have you used?

I have used Litmus and Email on Acid in different company settings, alongside Apple Mail/iPhone Mail. The environments checked depend on the assignment. Explore the email work.

Can you work with an existing website or brand?

Yes. The starting point can be an existing design, a working website, or a set of brand materials. We can identify what should remain consistent and what needs attention. My Edgewood website and email work and NPP-USA identity work show different kinds of support.

Where are you based, and how would we work together?

I am based in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, and collaborate with teams in different locations. We can discuss the role’s location expectations, working arrangement, and schedule before agreeing on the assignment.

What will the project cost, and when can it start?

Those details need a conversation about the scope, supplied materials, review process, and deadline. Send what you know, including a budget or compensation range if available. I will discuss the timing and responsibilities with you rather than assume a standard package fits.

What should I send first?

For a role, send the job description and the work the team needs covered. For a project, send the goal, examples or existing materials, and any deadline. Use the short Contact form or the detailed Creative Request.

Have something else in mind?

Many projects cross more than one category. Tell me what you are trying to accomplish, and I’ll help you identify the right approach.
